The Water Damage Restoration Technician course is designed to teach a better concept of water damage, it’s effects and techniques for drying of structures. This course will give residential and commercial maintenance personnel the background to understand the procedures necessary to deal with water losses, sewer backflows, and contamination such as mold.

IICRC WRT certification course must be taken before the ASD class. Learn what equipment is available and their performance limitations. Learn the basics of Psychrometry and Thermodynamics needed for ASD and the real world. Learn the proper procedures for sewage remediation, mold and other contaminated losses. Test fans, dehumidifiers and moisture meters.


Length: 3 day course; 19 hours, not including exam time, lunch and breaks.
